Not much of a 4th of July. . .

This is the first time I have ever had to work on the 4 of July. Its kind of depressing that I'm not in Lewiston again, but I know that next year we'll be there and even better we'll have Isaac there with us. Yes we decided to name our son Isaac. This is because I had a dream once that we came home from the hospital with twins boys, Jake and Isaac. Well Devon left Jake in the car and he died therefore lol our first son is Isaac. Also it was the only name Devon didn't make fun of. Anyways next year will be more fun with him around especially when my father is excited to show him all the fire trucks and teach him all about being a fire fighter.
Everything is going well with this pregnancy so far. Isaac is always moving. I've started to read my scriptures out loud and last night when I started he started moving round and we could him moving around, then when I stop, he stopped. Devon loved it :)
Devon found a job working with Highland City mowing random parts of the city. His allergies were so bad when he first started but he finally broke down enough to get a shot that helps with that. There is much improvement and we can finally sleep through the night. He is also getting really tan and starting to get buffer. Then there is me. . .his little, white and prego wife. Not to mention that I've gain all my weight in my legs and butt that I look funny! Boy would if be nice to finally have my body back!
Work is fun, I love my job! I was promoted to Assistant Manager of the Guest Interactions department. Funny thing is that my duties will not change much. I'm very proud of my self, after working many jobs, it nice to know that I'm not really worthless after all! In your face world! The only hard part about it is that people forget to put on their stupid signs so its hard to work them them when they do that!
Just so everyone knows, Seven Peaks SLC bought out Raging Waters back in Feb. When the did this they weren't expecting to get this run down, major health code, dump of a place and have it ready by May. So for those who have come and didn't enjoy it, its cause we aren't fully functional, when we are though, Seven Peaks will be an amazing place to bring your family! So please don't judge by what you see, cause every staff that is there is working their butts off!!! Seriously so STOP screaming at me cause Raging Waters was dangerous and you didn't see that!
Okay I'm done venting and typing.
love ya all

We finally Know!!!

Finally after many weeks of wishing and wanted to know, Devon and I are having baby boy! In the back of my mind I knew that we were having a boy but my heart really wanted a girl. Its okay tho, we are happy that we finally know what we're having and we just continue to pray that its healthy and the rest of the twenty weeks that we have left are good ones. Its been good so far, with working full time and everything. Now we just need to find Devon a job and we'll be all set!

Memorial Day

It been a few week but I finally have the time to sit down and update our blog.
Work at Seven Peaks has been the best job so far that I have ever had. Its been a test to my abilities but its helping to build the knowledge that has been stored in my brain. The day that we opened the weather wasn't the best and nothing was up to parr. The big boss Krista was in a aweful mood due to the procrastination that had happened. It was a mess, yet I had a fun time with some of my employees.
Living with Devon's parents has been a blessing. We wouldn't know what we would have done without their kindness. With working full time and not having time for anything. Kris (Mother in-law) is always willing to have dinner for us. We have always tried to do our part with helping around the house. Devon really just does the yard work. lol I just wish I had more time to do more.
Devon is still looking for work and he is trying not to get frustrated and give up. He had been everywhere and has talk to everyone. We're hoping that something will come up and he'll have something to do this summer.
We also just celebrate our 2 year anniversity. Its crazy to think but its been that long. And to think that we have a baby in 20 weeks! Crazy!!!
Well that is the lastest. Love you all

Wahooo!

Okay so my excitment has not calmed down since yesterday afternoon. I drove to Salt Lake to have a few interviews at Seven Peaks. The first interview was great and I was feeling good about my self. Then I went in for the second interview for Front Desk/offices. The guy I met was really nice and he kept saying that he was picking his supervisors that afternoon and wished that I had applied. Then out of no where he left, after a few minutes I was sitting in his boss's office having an interview. It was kind of confusing cause I wasn't quite sure why I was there. That interview went really great and after Joe said he would e-mail me if I got the job, assuming it was the supervisor position. About an hour later he call and offered me it to me, said I was really quilified and loved my attitude. Okay by this time I could barley talk with out laughing and the smile was plastered to my face. Holy Cow! He said he needs me on Monday! Okay this adds a little stress cause we sold out contract and have to be out of our apartment by this coming Friday! Mean while I'll be staying in our new apartment next week while I work. . . Just a little stress. Well its a good thing I have an awesome Husband, family and friends to help us. Thank you for all your prayers and support!

All Grins and Giggles

Over the Last weekend was probably the hardest few days of my married life. Devon was in Alabama from Thursday morning till Monday morning. I decided to stay with my parents about half hour away and work with my dad. Friday though I pick up Hayley Housekeeper, Ashley Mason and Felicia Christensen for a girls night out in Provo. We had a ton of things planned and we did all but one thing, Pedicures! Friday night was my favorite Felicia (bless her 35 week prego heart) waxed my legs along with Ashley's. Hayley just had her eyebrows done. We also talk about wifely things and watched chick flicks. I haven't had so much fun in a long time.

Sunday we celebrated my little brother's 17th birthday! I can't believe he is that old. Somedays he is still 9 years old. Now he is in High School and playing for the school soccer team, not to mention that he has a sweet girlfriend, good friends, and has his head where it needs to be. I can say that I'm way proud of him.

Monday I decided to surprise Devon and pick him up at the airport. While I was there I ran into my cousin, who last time I talked to him, he was in Iran. It was the weirdest yet sweetest blessing from the Lord. We sat and talked till Devon came. I love it when I do surprise Devon cause his face is priceless. Plus I ran at him which scared him a little but when he recongized me he was excited. After we took my cousin to where he needed to be and we headed home. I'll hold the dirty detail, but we made it home safe and lived happily ever after for the remainder of the day. :)

Well That is the lastest. Now we are getting ready to move to American Fork and I have two interviews at Seven Peaks Water Park in Salt Lake on Thursady! Wish me luck! Love you all!

My Cousin Ocsar from California who served our country for 4 years!

Okay we are now 13 and 2 day into this pregnacy! Its amazing how weird it feels to be pregnant and not have much of any sign that I am! We've seen the baby twice and every time it just amazes me that there is a little 3" person growing in my belly! Lol
So I'm suppose to be working but I've decided to update my blog and try to make it as cute as everyone elses but after hard work and about 2 hours later I've not won this battle. It would be as cute so someone need to show me how this is accomplished!
Okay so updates on everyone, starting with Devon.
Devon has been working on a senior project at school. Its called a Baja, basicly a go-kart that can run on land and water. Its been a source of stress and lost of time with me but in the end (hopfully) it will be worth every cent that we have put into this project. He'll be heading to Alabama this Thursday to be in a competition untill Monday. Last Wednedsay they pulled a all nighter pullling the last parts together. They haven't tested it out fully so a few of the leaders went early to make sure everything is work properly! I'll be so mad if it doesn't work!!! Besides that he is loving school and is excited to head to the U to finish. So we'll be moving once again. Detail still need to be worked out but yeah we're headed to the big town! (I'll be giving birth in the same city I was born.)
Sissy is a gimp, lol she pulled her front Right arm when I rolled over in bed, so therefore she doesn't sleep in our bed. (I never liked her there anyways). We were in Colorado for Conference weekend and Saturday we went for this 6 mile hike. Our family brought all the dog! Sissy was awesome and loved every minute in the sun. It unfortunalty reminded her that she is a little over weight so now she's on diet :)
As for me, I'm fantastic, except for the fact that we're moving in a few weeks and we have little information about where we are going. Its between living in Devon's parent's apartment in American Fork, staying here in Logan, or moving to Salt Lake or near. So I'm a little stressed! I've applied to Seven Peaks Water Park for a summer job so if I get that job we are moving to were I can have this job along with Devons.
It been a fun we weeks!!
Its my goal to keep up with this blog and take more picture!! so pray that I can lol :)
